The foundation terms, in full
The three places above are real, and so are the terms below — they are written into the build agreement you would sign, not just described here.
No build fee
The build itself is provided at no cost.
No care plan fee for six months
The monthly care plan is free for the first six months after launch.
£109 a month from the conversion date
From then, the Standard tier applies at £109 per calendar month, by standing order set up at the outset and dated to take its first payment on the conversion date. This is not a price increase — it's the point the free period ends.
What it asks in return
Within 30 days of the site going live: a written testimonial, permission to publish a case study (which may include performance figures), and one introduction to another business.
An exit before then
You can leave before the conversion date on not less than 30 days’ written notice.
